Ric Charlesworth is a former Australian hockey player and one of the most respected coaches in the sport's history. Born on February 6, 1952, he represented Australia in five Olympic Games and later led the Australian men's hockey team, the Kookaburras, to numerous international victories, including World Cups and Olympic medals. Known for his innovative coaching techniques and leadership skills, Charlesworth has also authored books on coaching and performance management.
